Problem
Emotional well-being can be difficult to manage when support feels complicated, overwhelming, or disconnected from everyday life. Users need a simple and approachable way to understand their emotions, express themselves, and practice self-care regularly.
Solution
I designed a simple and supportive experience that brings emotional tracking, AI-powered conversations, and wellness activities into one space. Users can track their mood, express their thoughts through a private AI chat, and explore activities designed to support their daily well-being.
